The Harbour Clinic offers therapy and counselling for a range of problems including:

These problems may be addressed using a range of evidence-based therapies such as:

  • Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)

  • Attachment-focused therapy

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT)

  • Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)

  • Motivational interviewing (MI)

Following your initial session your psychologist will discuss with you which approach may work best for you given your goals and preferences. 

Outcomes will be measured using standardised measures (questionnaires) to track progress.
