NDIS Psychology

We provide psychological therapy and counselling for self-managed and plan-managed adult participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We assist with a range of difficulties including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • PTSD (and C-PTSD)

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • Attachment and Relationships

What Therapies Are Offered?

We generally work using the following therapies:

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

  • Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Attachment-focused therapy

  • Solution-focused brief therapy

Are Sessions Offered Remotely?

All services are offered via telehealth (e.g. videoconference or phone).
