WHY VISIT THE HARBOUR CLINIC?

Sometimes we get stuck in patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that drain our energy, diminish our hope, and negatively impact our relationships or quality of life.

Making time to 'take a step back', to notice and understand what we are experiencing, is often an important part of the process of change. Once we understand our current location and how we got there we can chart a new course.

The Harbour Clinic offers an environment in which this can occur. Your interested and attuned psychologist will support you to take action that will lead to a more rich and meaningful life.
